CORPORATE YOGA

Corporate Yoga

I love teaching corporate yoga to groups of people often travelling to Los Angeles for the first time.

Corporate Group yoga is a great way for employees to connect with one another outside of the office, or just unwind on the beach after a long day. I’ve taught everything ranging from small groups of friends celebrating a wedding to convention halls with 100+ students.

Whether your group is travelling to Los Angeles for business or pleasure, I am skilled at working with diverse populations and injuries.

The majority of my corporate yoga classes are ALL LEVELS at the request of the organizer. On occasion I will work with a group of avid yoga practitioners who request a strong Vinyasa class with core work, but typically, I deliver an introductory, accessible and FUN yoga class that everyone can participate in.

As a corporate yoga instructor, I listen carefully to what my client’s vision for the event is, and then do my best to deliver that.

Corporate Yoga Los Angeles Private Yoga Santa Monica Los AngelesI’ve worked with large companies including AT&T, Jones Lang LaSalle, and the LA Galaxy as well as boutique businesses in the education, design and technology sectors.

And I’ve written about the skills that I think are important in becoming aΒ corporate yoga instructor here and here.

If you are looking for someone to teach your group yoga event in the Los Angeles area, I’d love to work with you.

Be sure to check out my Yelp reviews for what past clients have said about me!
