Have you heard of Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing (shinrin -yoku) is a form of Japanese nature therapy that literally means ‘taking in the forest atmosphere’ by spending time, fully present, in forests. You can read more about Forest Bathing here.
For those of us who don’t have access to great forests, I created this Forest Meditation.
This meditation is for anyone in need of a deep recharge. It uses sounds, color and guided visualizations to take you on a healing journey of body and mind.
