HAPPY NEW YEAR AND MY NEW BUSINESS!

HAPPY NEW YEAR AND MY NEW BUSINESS!

It’s that wonderful time of year when you’re either filled with expectation, dread or indifference about the twelve months that lie ahead.

Truthfully, this is one of my favorite times of year.

The long dark days leading up to the New Year fill me with clarity and contemplation.

I wake up early, go to bed late, enjoy the nippy outdoors, and the morning quiet.

And I get very clear about where I’ve been and where I’m going.

2018 was very good to me.

I officially launched my new business – Coach Cat – the coaching arm of my wellness business.

I decided to do this because I want to help many more people than those interested in yoga and meditation.

When I think back to the HOW and WHY I left my corporate career in finance, I recall so much anguish. Even though those feelings are in the past, they’re not forgotten, and I’m driven to help all people who are stuck in some version of my old life.

Yes, I absolutely still teach yoga privately. I hope to always do this as I sincerely love helping people with their bodies.

Now the uber practical, analytical part of me that LOVES color-coded spreadsheets and P&L statements can be satisfied as I help people find a career they love, monetize their existing business, or just make a massive change they’ve been putting off for decades.

It’s truly fulfilling work and these two spheres–working face to face with my yoga clients in their homes–and telecoaching for my life & business coaching clients, fills me up with a satisfaction I can’t put words to.

I can say that each day I have multiple meaningful interactions with other human beings – a rarity in my previous career – and I’m able to use my IQ and EQ, business acumen, and entrepreneurial chutzpah to inspire, motivate, and coach others.

If you know someone itching to make a change this year, consider working with a Life Coach.

Anything is possible if you set an intention, create a road map, and take massive action.

Cheers to realizing your full potential in this lifetime!
