Looking to follow up on a New Year’s resolution? Interested in trying a new mind-body workout? Rehabbing an injury or wanting to make a life change?
It’s never too late to try something new!
Many of my clients are beginners; some have injuries, some don’t. And the age range is 24 – 96!
I bring everything you need to your home or office and we start at the beginning, even if you have yoga experience.
I teach you the breath, and how to use the breath as a tool in your practice, and then we begin to move.
With time, you develop a repertoire of over 70 poses that you’ll know by name, and after each session, I guarantee you will feel better than when we started.
I will develop a customized program based on your unique goals, abilities and body.
