Thank You 2016
Thank You 2016 and Peace and Joy to All!
I just taught my last private session of 2016, and as I reflect on the year, I’m touched by how many allowed me into their home and entrusted me with their bodies, and health.
I am grateful for each opportunity to share these ancient tools, tools which have so much application in our modern lives.
Thank you 2016 for bringing me another year on earth, doing the work I love and showing me there are still an infinite number of things to learn, see and understand.
Thank you body for your good health that allows me to work, play, and see the world.
Thank you, God, and the universe, that allowed me to be born in the 1st world where there is not immediate threat of war, catastrophe or starvation.
Thank you, Mom, whose understanding of nutrition gave me a solid foundation for good health at a very young age.
Thank you, Tom, for teaching me more about business, and how to be a better partner.
And thank you, Leo, my beloved dog, who left this world at the ripe age of nearly 14 – more than most dogs could ask for. You were my main squeeze for the last 10+ years.
I’m going to take a short holiday break from teaching and my website, and relax in this pose.
I’ll be back here in 2017, ready to talk about some exciting topics and share my love for yoga with you!
