5 Facts About My Workshops
I’m excited about this 2022 roster of monthly workshops.
Here are 5 Facts About My Workshops
1 – All workshops are designed with a single intention – to foster self healing. When we become masters of our health and bodies, we reduce reliance on experts. The body has a miraculous wisdom that has taken me 48 years to truly acknowledge. There is always room for experts, AND taking our health into our own hands (literally) is the most empowering act of self-healing.
2 – Workshops are a curated experience inspired by the modalities I have studied – yoga, stretching, tai chi, myofascial release, physical therapy, and meditation. All workshops finish with a guided meditation.
3 – All Levels. There is no experience necessary. If you have a body and it contains tightness or pain, you should come!
4 – I demonstrate everything and encourage dialogue. Feel free to ask questions throughout. If you feel shy about joining a community of people you don’t know yet, feel free to keep your video off.
5 – Workshops occur the last Sunday of the month; different themes. I never exactly duplicate workshops, even if I repeat a theme. This keeps the experience fresh and inspired, even if the content amongst the same theme is similar.

There is a minimal equipment list: pair of yoga balls or tennis balls inside a sock, a strap or fabric belt (like from a robe), and 2 yoga blocks.
