It’s Day 2 of the Intro To Yoga Challenge and today we’re focusing on releasing and relaxing the entire body.
If your first day back at work requires you to sit in a chair or stand all day, by Tuesday you may already be in need of a weekend.
This video is your mini-vacation.
This 26 min yoga sequence is suitable for beginners and can be done entirely on the floor – there are no props required.
It can even be done from bed.
It’s the perfect segue into a good night of sleep.
Much of what I teach in these videos is informed from my work with hundreds of private clients.
In fact, I created these videos to help the many people who email me whom I cannot work with face-to-face.
