I’m going very in-depth in this post and will take you through everything I do. There are not that many products to buy, under ten things, and I do not sell any of them but have used them for years.

These practices have allowed me to work with clients for seven years, in their homes, and I’ve never gotten sick from a client.

The most important preventative measure is SLEEP, and I will devote a whole post to Best Sleep Practices. Unfortunately, if you’re not sleeping and doing all the practices I suggest, you’re still vulnerable – and if you’re already sick, your recovery will be delayed.

So, sleep is the first priority always.

Daily probiotic is the second priority.

You can get this via a supplement or drinking kefir. Yogurt doesn’t have enough CFUs (colony forming units) to be therapeutic.

Jarrow Formulas makes high quality probiotics in the chilled section of natural foods grocery stores.

I prefer to get my daily probiotics via kefir.  Recipe for DIY VEGAN COCONUT MILK KEFIR here.

You can also buy high quality kefir (no sugar added) at Erewhon. Fermenting Fairy is the best, although expensive.

AT FIRST SIGN OF GENERAL IMBALANCE

Wellness Formula (capsules are more palatable than tablets, but the latter are more potent). Follow label.

Dr Singha’s Mustard Bath – raise internal body heat to kill viruses, drink 1 – 2 C water, take to bed immediately.

Drink Ban Lan Gen tea. This is a Traditional Chinese medicine that can be purchased online or from an acupuncturist. “Ban-Lan-Gen (BLG) has a thousand-year history of use for the prevention and treatment of respiratory tract infections (particularly respiratory viral diseases). BLG was highlighted as a classic antiviral and anti-influenza agent in the People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia in 1979 and 2010, respectively. Additionally, BLG was one of the eight major medicines recommended by the Chinese government for the prevention and control of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).” * Source here.

AT FIRST SIGN OF SORE THROAT OR TICKLE IN THE THROAT

Gargle with GSE (Grapefruit Seed Extract) diluted, as per label. If no GSE on hand, warm water and salt water.

AT FIRST SIGN OF CHEST CONSTRICTION OR COUGH

Drink ginger tea. Make your own with ginger juice or instant packets Prince of Peace Ginger Honey Crystals.

Super charge this ginger elixir with Living Libations Illume Immunity (3 drops per 4 C tea)

AT FIRST SIGN OF BODY ACHE/FEVER/WEAKNESS

Oscillococcinum – follow label.

Consume spicy chicken or matzo ball soup. Add cayenne pepper, black pepper or red pepper flakes to any broth based soup (no cream), and drink very hot

The practices above represent a core immunity program.

If you want to add on things, here are some ideas:

Thymus Thump: find the thymus gland (center of the chest/sternum) and tap lightly for 1-2 minutes. Say the following affirmations to yourself while breathing and tapping.

  1. I am peaceful.
  2. I am healthy.
  3. My immune system is strong and resilient.

General Immunity: roll at wrist, soles of feet, throat and chest and/or diffuse in home either of these essential oil formulas: Immune-Aid or Germfighter

General Immunity: eat several cloves of garlic daily. Recipe for garlic pickles here.

Listen to Solfeggio Frequencies daily to raise your vibration. I like this one but there are so many on YouTube and Apple Music.

Choose your company wisely. This goes for Life. We are greatly affected by the company we keep.
