Low Back Myofascial Release

Low Back Myofascial Release

I made this video to follow my Low Back Pain Yoga Therapy video.

If you suffer from back pain that is muscular in origin – meaning no nerve involvement – myofascial release can be hugely helpful.

I’ve had low back pain since childhood and I highly recommend learning these myofascial release techniques so you can relieve your pain and most importantly, keep it from coming back.

You’ll need a pair of soft balls –  I prefer Yoga Tune Up Balls to tennis balls because they are softer – but you can also use tennis balls.

If you are entirely new to yoga, try out the Low Back Pain Yoga Therapy video first before doing this one.

Also, remember to subscribe to my new YouTube Channel for new videos, playlists and yoga challenges.

See you on your mat!
