Sitting is the new smoking and your back, shoulders and hamstrings may be feeling it.

But there is good news!

You can relieve the pain and tension with simple fascial release techniques that I’m teaching in this 90 minute workshop!

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

In this all levels class we will begin with gentle stretching and breathwork. Using a pair of a balls and two blocks we’ll systematically relieve stored tension in the connective tissues of the body. End result? A whole body sense of contentment and relief. 

Fascia has been called the ‘substructure of consciousness’ in the body!

Join me! This is some of my favorite stuff to teach and it is VERY accessible.
