OUTDOOR YOGA in PALISADES PARK, SANTA MONICA
What can I say – I TOTALLY LOVE teaching this class.
MY VISION:
- INTRODUCE yoga to people who wouldn’t ordinarily come to a class
- Make it AFFORDABLE to those who might not be able to afford the standard $15+/class
- FOSTER COMMUNITY and interaction with one’s neighbor at the same time
- BE OF SERVICE
For me, the teacher, it’s a chance to try out sequences that I might not have taught publicly before, and meet new people.
I couldn’t be more GRATEFUL for the beautiful yogis who show up EVERY SUNDAY.
