Self Care Sundays
These monthly workshops I’ve been teaching have been popular, so I decided to reframe them as Self Care Sundays.
The five day work week has morphed into six for many; Sunday’s seem to be the better day for more people.
Each month we will have a different focus and I will hold them throughout 2021.
We have been focused on relieving pain and tension in the body with body rolling (myofascial release) but I have ideas swirling around:
Basics of Tai Chi
Gua Sha and facial massage
Gua Sha – arms and legs
Yoga Basics – learn the building blocks of a Sun Salutation
Yoga Basics – learn the building blocks of a Moon Salutation
Meditation Basics – learn 3-5 basic meditation techniques
I have endless lists of ideas for things I would like to teach; we shall see how many we get to over the next months!
I don’t want people to have to invest in too many things to participate–so far, the current equipment list is below:
EQUIPMENT:
1 – One Alpha ball
2 – Pair of Yoga Tune up balls in a bag
3 – Pair of Yoga Blocks
*Can substitute tune-up balls with two tennis balls in a sock
