Our March 2021 Workshop is Upper Body Therapy focused.
This theme was requested by YOU in both January and February workshops, so here we are!
Unlike the previous two workshops, which only focused on body rolling (myofascial release), this workshop will be a hybrid of Tai Chi, Myofascial Release and traditional Hatha Yoga.
I have found this to be the most helpful synergy for healing my frozen shoulder, and it has helped my private clients with persistent upper body tension as well.
This Upper Body Therapy workshop will also be held on a Sunday to accommodate working parents and all those who requested it!

A personal note about equipment.
I am thoughtful about asking people to buy additional items for these workshops.
I dislike it when teachers give generic, uncurated lists of equipment (or books) to buy that will gather dust in your home.
Each workshop will not require you to buy more stuff, and I, as always, am not affiliated with any of these companies.
I happen to follow a fairly minimalist lifestyle (Buy 1, Purge 2) and the above three items are a pared down version of what I use regularly.
I promise we will use all three items, from the above equipment list, throughout this year’s workshops!
