USING YOGA BLOCKS

USING YOGA BLOCKS

There is a big misconception in yoga that blocks are for beginners.

Actually blocks or bricks (as the Iyengar tradition refers to them), can be used by beginning and advanced practitioners alike.

Depending on the unique architecture of your body, blocks can actually deepen a pose.

If you’re interested in adding blocks to your practice , these are my favorite because they’re sturdy and durable.

Here are some ways to use blocks to mix up your practice.
