0Why Rebound?
WHY REBOUND?
You’ve probably heard about these mini-trampolines – REBOUNDERS – and all the NASA research so I won’t duplicate those PubMed studies here.
I’ll let you in on a secret…You know the best thing about rebounders?
Rebounders Put You In A Good Mood! There is something about jumping on a trampoline that totally shifts your energy.
I’ll say it again – #1 Reason I Love Rebounding?
REBOUNDING GIVES YOU ENERGY AND MAKES YOU SMILE:)
Skeptical? I sure was. Then I bought this Rebounder in March and I love it. [IMPORTANT – this is NOT an affiliate link nor do I sell these!]
**It’s important for me to underscore this because I do NOT receive any products I review for free or at a discount, nor do I receive any benefit from anyone purchasing them. This allows for total transparency and is what I personally look for in blogs and reviews I read.
I prefer the 40″ because there is definitely enough surface area to jump on but it’s not too large to be unsightly in your house.
GETTING STARTED
Put your Rebounder in plain sight!!! Exercise equipment hiding in closets never gets used.
A bedroom, balcony or living room are great ideas.
Start with small hops and see where the rebounding takes you!
Aim for 1-5 minutes after warming up in the shower.
End your day with a 1-5 minutes.
You’ll be surprised at how refreshed you are afterwards, and how quick and easy this really is.
Does it burn as many calories as running, elliptical, etc? I have no idea but doubtful.
But it’s FUN so what’s not to like.
BENEFITS OF REBOUNDING
- Increases bone mass through low-impact exercise
- Stimulates your lymph system thereby improving immune function.
- Improves balance
- Helps improve digestion.
- BOOSTS YOUR ENERGY!
AFTER REBOUNDING
Make sure you stretch out your calves afterwards, especially if rebounding barefoot.
HAPPY REBOUNDING! Rebound! Rebound! Rebound!
