Yoga Cards

Yoga Cards by WorkoutLabs (WL)

I received these as a gift and this is actually a pretty cool little product.

Designed in NY and illustrated in simple pen and ink,  these yoga cards are perfect for the student looking to develop, or mix up a home practice.

All the classic poses are included, and you can buy either a Women’s or a Men’s version. The only difference is that the Men’s version includes 2 extra poses and a few slightly different sequences.

The deck has 47 poses plus 3 cards on breath techniques and a 1 card on meditation. No fancy arm balances except Crow, but there are enough poses here to build a very-well rounded practice that is suitable for MOST students.

What I like is that they’re straight-forward in design, don’t overwhelm the user with information in fine print, and are perfect for a beginner, or even an aspiring yoga teacher.

The cards are color coded by categories:

  1. Standing
  2. Forward Bend
  3. Inversion
  4. Seated & Supine
  5. Backbend
  6. Breathing
  7. Meditation
  8. Dynamic Warm up

Plus 5 easy to follow sequences.

If you want a low-fi way to take your yoga on the road with you, these Yoga Cards are a great addition to your practice!
