Yoga For Families
The families I work with often hire me out of frustration.
They want to get everyone in the room together.
But not at a sporting or entertainment event.
Definitely off their phones.

I’m always tickled pink when families begin doing yoga because I believe the family that poses together, stays together.
Besides the obvious benefits of yoga like increased flexibility, yoga fosters proprioception – the ability to sense the orientation of your body in your environment.
Proprioception helps you refine whatever sports or physical activities you enjoy i.e. your golf swing or running gait, as well as reduces risk of injury.
