Day 68 of the quarantine but I’m happy to say I’ve been able to continue serving my clients via Zoom!
This could be you!
Although I had reservations about this platform, nearly 100 Zoom sessions later – I can say that Zoom Private Yoga comes very close to the real thing.
My clients have not experienced an interruption in their yoga practice (although all of our regular lives have been disrupted), and I’ve been able to witness breakthroughs on the mat.
We’ve been invited to step into this pause, this quiet.
And to listen.
If you are able, consider using this time to begin learning yoga and meditation, or restart your existing practice.
Your Zoom Private Yoga sessions will be customized to fit your goals, lifestyle and current injury status.
You could even get a group of friends together to do a class.
This idea would never have occurred to us prior.
I’ve led people in different time zones – friends and families – and this has been truly uplifting to be a part of.
Connecting with ourselves, and something greater than ourselves, is a great comfort in these times.
